What is Turn Up & Tone?
Our original format, Turn Up Dance Fitness, has a game changing formula that turns an intense interval training workout into a party, into therapy, into a release that can be life changing. Turn Up & Tone stays true to the Turn Up experience while adding another layer of strength training as a major focus. The groundbreaking formula taught in Turn Up & Tone is designed to hit every muscle group while still feeling like a party. You will learn everything you need to know in this training and the only prerequisite is to be an active Turn Up Dance Fitness Instructor.
Turn Up & Tone will include the use of booty bands and dumbbells (can be done without bands, dumbbells will be necessary, FOR NOW, this is subject to change)
Turn Up & Tone is both trademarked & AFAA & NASM accredited for CEUs.
